Refund Policy
Darwa does not offer a money-back guarantee. Purchases and usage charges are final and non-refundable except for the limited corrections, contractual remedies, and mandatory rights stated below.
- Darwa has no trial refund or general money-back guarantee.
- Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not refund the current term, committed capacity, or usage already incurred.
- We review confirmed duplicate charges, Darwa billing errors, and paid services that were never provisioned.
- Downtime remedies are service credits, not cash refunds, unless another remedy is legally required.
- Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right.
1. No general refunds
All purchases are final. Darwa does not provide a free-look period, satisfaction guarantee, trial refund, or refund merely because you changed your mind, stopped using a service, selected the wrong plan or region, forgot to cancel, or no longer need the service. Monthly and prepaid fixed fees, committed capacity, setup work, add-ons, and usage-based charges are non-refundable once charged.
Domain registrations and renewals, licences, third-party services, taxes, and infrastructure costs are also non-refundable once Darwa or its supplier has committed them. Promotional credits, account credits, and service credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred unless their express terms say otherwise.
2. Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel a renewable plan from the dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Access generally continues through that period. Cancellation, a scheduled downgrade, account closure, suspension, or termination for breach does not create a refund or credit for unused time. Usage incurred before the effective cancellation remains payable.
An upgrade may take effect immediately. Checkout shows the amount due and any applicable proration before confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the plan, term, price, region, and resources before completing a purchase.
3. Limited exceptions
A payment adjustment or refund is considered only for:
- A duplicate charge or a charge caused by a confirmed Darwa billing error.
- A paid fixed service that Darwa never provisioned or made available.
- A remedy expressly required by the Terms of Use, an order form, or another signed agreement.
- A refund required by applicable law or a binding order.
A pending card authorisation or Darwa's disclosed payment-method verification charge is not a service purchase. Any automatic reversal or refund described during that verification follows the payment provider's processing timeline.
4. Downtime and service credits
Downtime is handled through the service-credit terms in the Terms of Use. An eligible credit is applied to a future Darwa invoice and is not a cash refund. No uptime credit is available for free services or for outages excluded by those terms.
5. Requesting a billing review
Email support@darwa.co within 30 days of the charge. Use this address for finance, billing, and technical questions. Include the workspace, invoice or payment identifier, amount, date, and a clear explanation. Never send a full card number or security code. A request does not guarantee a refund. If an exception is approved, a card refund is returned to the original payment method; Darwa does not control the bank's posting time.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not exclude or reduce a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived where you live. The Terms of Use apply to matters not addressed here.
